Refund policy

Return rules
Returns are accepted for 30 days. There is free return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Any backpacks, beanbags, hats, mirrors, neon signs, rugs, skateboards, or special deal items are final sale items & not allowed for returns unless damaged in transit. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and potentially offer store credit or a replacement.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on any item that has sizes except skateboards. In order to process an exchange, please submit a return request through your account on our website.

Refunds
Original payment method refunds are only given for an item after it has first been processed in a return request. An order is not able to be refunded to the original payment method on the sole basis of being on back order, there must be an extenuating circumstance. Store credit refunds & item swaps are allowed for items on back order.
