Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. An order is not able to be refunded to the original payment method on the sole basis of being on pre-order, there must be an extenuating circumstance. Store credit refunds & item swaps are allowed for items on pre-order.

Back-orders
When you purchase a product on back-order, you are buying a currently out-of-stock but soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. An order is not able to be refunded to the original payment method on the sole basis of being on back-order, there must be an extenuating circumstance. Store credit refunds & item swaps are allowed for items on back-order.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it in your account.
